We offer full time staff a choice of two medical plans and prescription, life and dental insurance plans.
Staff contribute a small portion of the premium payment which is deducted on a pre-tax basis. Staff are eligible for insurance coverage the first day of the month following 180 days of employment.
Full time staff members receive one week of vacation after one year of employment, two weeks of vacation after two years, and three weeks after working ten years.
Starting the first day of employment, all staff members receive a 25% discount on all bakery purchases and 15% off all rosticceria purchases.
A food allowance/credit is provided to all staff members. The credit is $7.00 per shift.
